This is an incredible, wide-ranging Property and Office Administrator role, helping to keep the highest standards of property, communication, organisation and services across one of the most beautiful Estates. If the challenge excites and motivates you then read on.

About us:

We are Ascott Estate, a 16th century former hunting box filled with exquisite art and surrounded by extensive gardens, woods, a cricket ground, tearoom, and other properties. A year-round calendar of seasonal events, cricket matches, and stunning views and walks ensures a constant flow of visitors of all ages enjoying the beautiful ambiance.

So, no ordinary Property and Office Administrator role as you will have gathered. We need a highly skilled individual to ensure all statutory documents for each property is up to date and organise external contractors to ensure any problems are dealt with in a swift manner. Communication with tenants and guests are a crucial part this role so excellent interaction skills will be required.

In particular:

·         Property inspections, monitoring compliance, planning and administration of all properties across the portfolio.

·         Be the first point of contact and communicate with tenants and guests to the visitor attraction answering any queries they may have.

·         Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure rent and utility bills are paid in a timely manner

·         Reporting on a regular formal and ad hoc basis on all aspects of the role especially with regards to property management.

·         All supporting administration including ensuring all vehicles are serviced, MOT and taxed ready for use.

·         Respond to all telephone and email enquiries within a timely manner

Essential Requirements: 

·         Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel, databases and ability to pick up new software quickly 

·         High efficiency, organisation and time management skills

·         Customer service focused

·         Strong communication skills, with the ability to deal with people at all levels 

·         Property experience would be an advantage. 

We pay a very generous 10% into your pension. 25 day’s holidays plus bank holidays completes the picture.
