We are limiting the number of visitors in order to manage visitor flow safely.

Please select your time of arrival using the timed slot options. This is to ensure we evenly spread out the arrival of our visitors throughout the day. You are welcome to stay until 5:00pm
You can only book one week in advance. Further tickets will be released 7 days prior to the proposed visit.
Current National Trust Membership Cards must be shown with a valid Ticket on entry.
Arrival and on site
Anyone arriving without a booking may be turned away
Keep to the Government-advised two metre distance from other visitors
Follow directional signs where indicated
Disabled parking is available – please make car park attendant aware.
The Pavilion Tea Room is open for takeaway Coffee, Tea, cakes and light refreshments.
The toilet block is located near the main gate overflow car park, where there is an accessible toilet. Please be aware that there are no toilet facilities in Ascott House.

The Visitor Mobility Buggy and Garden Wheelchairs are currently unavailable for use. There is a 300 metre walk from the Car Park to the Garden.
The Tea Room opens at 12.00pm and closes at 4.45 pm
Ascott House opens from 14:00 to 17:00 with last entry at 16:00
