Opening Times

Ascott Gardens open from 12:00pm to 5:00pm with last entry at 4:00pm

Ascott House opens from 2:00pm to 5:00pm with last entry at 4:00pm

The Tea Room opens at 12.00pm and closes at 4.45 pm and serves a range of light lunch options daily (until 3pm, subject to availability) as well as hot and cold drink options, ice creams and home-made cakes.

Gates to the driveway open from 11:45am and the car park is locked at 5:00pm

Ascott House and Gardens are closed on Mondays

All Ascott House and Grounds tickets must be pre-booked online for National Trust members, Local Resident Pass holders and paying visitors

ASCOTT SUPPORTS THE NATIONAL GARDENS SCHEME; NATIONAL TRUST MEMBERS WILL BE EXPECTED TO PAY £7.00 PER ADULT AND £3.00 PER CHILD FOR ENTRY TO THE GARDENS ON:

Vehicular Access

The entrance to Ascott House & Gardens is signposted off the A418; Visitor Entrance for users of satnav the postal code is LU7 0PP.

Registered drivers with disabilities

There are designated spaces for vehicles of registered drivers within the car park.

Accessibility to the house and gardens

There two small steps in the house and there is a ramp available for wheelchair users. If you have restrictions or need any other advice with regard to access to Ascott House & Gardens please contact us prior to your visit.

There are a few steep slopes in the gardens, however many of the paths are level and provide stunning views over the Aylesbury Vale. All visitors using the paths and grounds are asked to take care and wear the appropriate footwear.

Visitor Lavatories

Please note that the toilets are located within the Gate Lodge car park.

Dogs

Only assistance dogs are permitted within the House and Gardens.
